Who We Are
Fulphase Consulting is a results-driven shop that specializes in four core departments: Business Management & Strategy, Financial & Accounting analytics and services, Branding & Marketing, and Sales Training. In 2019, founders Thomas Carter and Alex Iglesias agreed that the best way to achieve sustained results and have a lasting impact is by valuing education and training over merely performing tasks requested by clients.

Fulphase takes pride in putting the power in the hands of the businesses in which we serve. Our process is designed so that we put ourselves in the shoes of our clients, and provide data-driven action plans as well as top-notch client-specific deliverables. Thomas Carter
Managing Partner
Thomas grew up in Northern VA and has a Business Management Degree from Old Dominion University. Thomas is a big believer in team building, creating lasting partnerships, and leading by example. In his free time, he is an avid traveler, loves the outdoors and is a life-long tortured Washington DC sports fan.
Alex Iglesias
Managing Partner
Alex specializes in accounting and business systems strategy. Alex earned his BS in Accounting from George Mason University and has spent his career in the public, private, and freelance accounting fields specializing in financial management and accounting systems analysis. Outside of work, Alex spends time writing music, spending time with his dogs, and keeping up with his beloved Baltimore Orioles.
Stephen Sheppard
Creative Consultant
Stephen is a native of the Washington-Metropolitan area. He completed his undergraduate studies at Eastern Mennonite University (EMU), where he received his BS in Visual and Communication Arts (VACA), with a focus directed towards Business Marketing. His creative abilities allow him to think outside of the box, helping provide unique solutions for business design needs. Outside of his passion for creativity, Stephen is a DC sports fanatic and likes to play basketball in his free time.
